Four weeks time is given to the learned counsel for the appellant for filing the affidavit in proof of dasti service of notice already issued to the unserved respondents.

CIVIL APPEAL NO. 4117 OF 2015

It is submitted that in respect of notice issued earlier A.D. card duly signed from respondent No. 4 has been received back.

It is further submitted that service of notice on respondent Nos. 2-3, 5-7 and 10 is not complete as neither A.D. cards nor unserved covers have been received back so far.

CIVIL APPEAL NO. 4343 OF 2015

It is submitted that there are ten respondents in the matter above-mentioned**.** Service of show cause notice on all the ten respondents is complete. Respondent Nos. 5,7,8,9 and 10 are represented through M/s Kush Chaturvedi, Ajit S. Bhasme, Ajay Sharma, K. R. Sasiprabhu and Sunil Kumar Jain, Advocates respectively and Respondent Nos. 7,8,9 and 10 have filed counter affidavit.

Counsel for the Petitioner has filed affidavit of service in respect of Respondent Nos. 1-4 and 6 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far.

CIVIL APPEAL NOS. 4455-4456 OF 2015

It is submitted that there are ten common respondents in the matters above-mentioned. Respondent Nos. 1, 6, 8 and 9 are represented through M/s Satya Mitra, Kush Chaturvedi, Ajit S.Bhasme and K.R. Sasiprabhu, Advocates but no counter affidavit has been filed so far. A.D. Card duly signed for respondent No. 4 has been received back but no one has entered appearance on his behalf so far.

It is further submitted that service of notice on respondent Nos. 2,3,5,7 and 10 is not complete as neither A.D. cards nor unserved covers have been received back so far.

CIVIL APPEAL NO. 4896 OF 2015

It is submitted that there are ten respondents in the matter above-mentioned. Respondent Nos. 5 and 10 are represented through M/s Kush Chaturvedi and Satya Mitra, Advocates but no counter affidavit has been filed so far.

Respondent Nos. 4,7 and 8 are served through registered A.D. Post but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far.

Service of notice on respondent Nos. 1-3, 6 and 9 is not complete as neither A.D. cards not unserved covers containing notice have been received back so far.

The matters abovementioned are listed before the Ld. Registrar Court with this office report.
