It is submitted that there are ten respondents in the matter. Service of respondent Nos. 1, 8 and 9 is complete as Respondent Nos. 1, 8 and 9 are represented through M/s. Satya Mitra, Ajit S. Bhasme, Ajay Sharma, Advocates respectively. Counsel for the Respondent No.1 has already filed counter affidavit but counsel for the Respondent Nos. 8 and 9 have not field counter affidavit so far.
It is further submitted that service of show cause notice on respondent Nos. 2 to 7, 10 is not complete as neither A.D. cards nor unserved covers have been received back so far.
Civil Appeal No. 4343/2015
It is submitted that there are ten respondents in the matter. Service of notice on all the ten respondent is complete as Respondent Nos. 5, 7, 8, 9 and 10 are represented through M/s. Kush Chaturvedi, Ajit S. Bhasme, Ajay Sharma, K.R. Sasiprabhu and Sanjay Kumar Jain, Advocates respectively. Respondent Nos. 7, 9 and 10 has filed counter affidavit but Respondent No. 10 has not served the copies of counter affidavit on the other counsel despite Registry's letter dated 3.5.2016. Counsel for the Respondent Nos. 5 and 8 has not filed counter affidavit so far.
It is further submitted that the Respondent Nos. 1, 4 and 6 have been served through dasti service as counsel for the Appellant has on 26.4.2016 filed affidavit of dasti service along with proof of service after effecting service but no one has entered appearance so far.

It is submitted that there are ten common respondents in these matter. Service of show cause notice on respondent Nos. 1, 4, 6, 8 and 9 is complete as Respondent Nos. 1, 6, 8 and 9 are represented through M/s. Satya Mitra, Kush Chaturvedi, Ajit S. Bhasme and K.R. Sasiprabhu, Advocates but they have not filed counter affidavit so far. Respondent No. 4 is served through A.D. card but no one has entered appearance so far.
It is further submitted that service of notice on respondent Nos. 2, 3, 5, 7 and 10 is not complete as neither A.D. cards nor served covers have been received back so far.
