UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

C.A. No. 4343/2015

Respondent No.7 shall be at liberty to file the counter affidavit within a period of four weeks.

Await the return of the service of notice already issued to the other respondents.

C.A. No. 4117/2015

Respondent No.1 has already filed the counter affidavit as gets revealed from the perusal of the office report.

Await the return of the service of notice already issued to the respondent Nos. 2 to 10.

C.A. No. 4455-4456/2015

Respondent Nos. 1 and 8 shall be at liberty to file the counter affidavit within a period of four weeks whereafter no further extension shall be given.

Await the return of the service of notice already issued to the other respondents.

C.A. No. 5330/2015

Respondent No.11 has already filed the counter affidavit. The office report indicates that the service report in the notice issued to the respondent Nos. 1 to 10 has not been received as yet from the concerned Court. A reminder shall be issued.
