The matter above mentioned has been filed under Section 22 of the National Green Tribunal Act 2010 passed by the National Green Tribunal, Western Zone, Pune against the Impugned Judgment and Order dated 27.02.2015 in O.A. No. 19 of 2013.

It is submitted that Civil Appeal No. 4343 of 2015 arising out of same judgment is pending before the Hon'ble Court. (Main matter is Civil Appeal No. 4117 of 2015)

It is further submitted that Civil Appeal D. No. 17303 of 2015 arising out of same judgment is also pending before the Hon'ble Court.

It is further submitted that Registry has pointed out the defect that copies of Orders dated 06.03.2012, 07.06.2012 and notifications have not been filed. In this regard, Mr. Ajit S. Bhasme, Advocate has filed letter dated 09.06.2015 stating that the copies of the said documents are not

relevant to decide the issue involved and he requested to process the matter as an urgent one. (Copy of letter dated 09.06.2015 is included in the appeal paperbooks at page no. 150).

It is lastly submitted that Mr. Ajit S. Bhasme, Advocate has on 4.7.2015 filed a letter and requesting to tagg the instant matter along-with Civil Appeal Nos. 4455-4456 of 2015 and 4117 of 2015 as all are arising out of common judgment. (Copy of letter is enclosed herewith).

The matter above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
