As per the office report dated 06.07.2023, the defects in the filing of the special leave petition have been cured but with a delay of 391 days. The subject applications have been filed for condonation of that delay and for restoration of the special leave petition, which was dismissed owing to the failure to cure the defects within the time stipulated.
