This is an appeal under Section 2 of the Supreme Court (Enlargement of Criminal Appellate Jurisdiction) Act, 1970 from the final judgment and Order dated 31.05.2010 passed by the High Court of Karnataka, Circuit Bench at Gulbarga in Criminal Appeal No.1072 of 2005 and admitted by this Court's Order dated 07.05.2013.

It is submitted that Ms. Abha Sharma, counsel for the appellants has on 27.02.2015 filed an application for bail on behalf of appellant No.1 with afffidavt. The said application has been registered as Criminal Miscellaneous Petition No.11668 of 2015.

It is further submitted that counsel for the appellant has not filed the custody certificate of the appellant from the Jail Authority, in this regard the counsel has given a letter dated 17.05.2015 with this Registry. Copy of the letter dated 17.05.2015 is being enclosed herewith for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

It is further submitted that service of Notice of Lodgment of Petition of Appeal is complete on the sole respondent/State of Karnataka and the said respondent is represented by Ms. Anitha Shenoy, Advocate.

It is further submitted that Original Records pertaining to the High Court and Trial Court have been received.

It is lastly submitted that since counsel for the parties hae not filed additional documents the matter was listed before the Court of Registrar on 30.04.2014, when the Court pass the following Order:

"The learned counsel or the paties have failed to file additional documents within the time granted by this Court. No further steps required. Registry to process the matter for listing before the Hon'ble Court, as per rules."

The application for bail in the appeal above mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
