The matters above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 21st November, 2014 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Issue notice, returnable on 09.01.2015. Dasti, in addition, is permitted. Mr. S. Gowthaman, learned counsel, accepts notice on behalf of Respondent No. 5. The parties are directed to maintain status quo with the regard to the property in question."

It is submitted that pursuant to above quoted order, show cause notice was issued to all the ten respondents on 12th December, 2014. Respondent No. 8 is represented through Mr. Senthil Jagadeesan, Advocate. Neither A.D. card nor unserved covers containing notices have been received back from respondent Nos. 1 to 7, 9 and 10.

PETITION FOR SPECIAL LEAVE TO APPEAL (CIVIL) NOS. 22795-22796 OF 2014

It is submitted that pursuant to above quoted order, show cause notice was issued to all the nine respondents on 23rd December, 2014. Respondent No. 2 is represented by M/s. K.S.N. & Co., Advocates. Neither A.D. card nor unserved covers containing notices have been received back from respondent Nos. 1 and 3 to 9.

It is further submitted that Mr. Rakesh K. Sharma, Counsel for the petitioner has not filed affidavit of dasti service with proof in both the matters so far.

It is further submitted that Mr. S. Gowthaman, Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of respondent NO. 5 before the Hon'ble Court on 21st November, 2014 but he has not filed Vakalatnama and Appearance.

The matters alongwith applications above mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
