PETITION FOR SPECIAL LEAVE TO APPEAL (CIVIL) Nos. 14381-14382 OF 2014

It is submitted that pursuant to above quoted order, Mr. Senthil Jagadeesan, Advocate for Respondent No. 8 has on 1st May, 2015 filed counter affidavit alongwith Annexure R 8/1(colly). Copy of the same is circulated herewith.

It is further submitted that Mr. Rakesh K. Sharma, counsel for the petitioner has not filed rejoinder affidavit so far.

It is further submitted that there are 10 respondents. Respondent No. 8 is represented by Mr. Senthil Jagadeesan, Advocate. A.D. cards duly signed have been received back from respondent Nos. 2, 3 & 4 but no one has entered appearance so far. Neither A.D. cards nor unserved registered covers containing notices have been received from respondent Nos. 1, 5 to 7, 9 and 10.

Service of notice is incomplete.

It is submitted that pursuant to above quoted order, M/s. K.S.N. & Co., Advocates for Respondent No. 2 has on 1st May, 2015 filed counter affidavit. Copy of the same is circulated herewith.

It is further submitted that Mr. A.V. Rangam, counsel for the petitioner has not filed rejoinder affidavit so far.
