The matters above-mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 25th July, 2016,

when the court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"Issue notice, subject to the petitioner depositing Rs.15 lacs before the Registry of this Court within four weeks hence. In case the amount is not deposited within the time frame, the special leave petition shall be dismissed without further reference to this Court.

In case the deposit is made within the stipulated time, the Registry shall issue notice fixing a returnable date within six weeks therefrom. After the amount is deposited and notice is served on the sole respondent, she will be at liberty to withdraw the amount by furnishing security to the satisfaction of the Registry.

Let the matter be listed on 24th October, 2016. Subject to the aforesaid deposit, further realization of the amount in pursuance of the order impugned, shall remain stayed."

It is submitted that pursuant to above said Order, counsel for the Petitioner has on 13th August, 2016 deposited a sum of Rs. 15,00,000/- (Rupees Fifteen lakh only) in this Registry within stipulated time and the same has been kept in a non interest bearing account.

It is further submitted that show cause notice returnable for 24.10.2016 was issued on 23.08.2016 to sole Respondent through registered Post and as per tracking report, Service of notice is awaited.

The office report for directions for investment of the above said amount(i.e. Rs. 15,00,000/-) in Fixed Deposit Receipt is listed before the Hon'ble Court.
