UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
Although, IA No. 576 of 2024 is filed for certain interim direction, it prima facie appears from the order dated 13.03.2023 that leave was granted in all matters except Diary No. 42650 of 2022. The office report dated 01.03.2024 indicates that the concerned matters have since been re-numbered as Civil Appeal Nos. 2633-2635 of 2023.
However, Ms. Meenakshi Arora and Mr. Dama Seshadri Naidu, learned senior counsel in one voice submits that notice actually was not issued by this Court, in those three civil appeals.
The Registry should accordingly give a report within two weeks on whether notice was actually issued by this Court in Civil Appeal Nos. 2633-2635 of 2023. The report should also indicate whether notice of lodgement of appeal after leave was granted has been effected or not, to all concerned parties.
