Delay condoned.

We put a query to the learned counsel for the petitioner as to whether the Vakalatnama which was filed before the Labour Court had authorization for different lawyers itself or whether a separate Vakalatnama had been filed later on. Learned counsel submits that the counsel who has to address the submission is unable to connect and he himself is not able to assist us.
