Mohta, learned senior counsel being assisted by Mr. Aniruddha P. Mayee, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that they have no objection to arrive at a settlement. Mr. Vinay Navare, learned counsel for the respondent submitted that he has to obtain instructions in the matter. In course of hearing a suggestion was given to the learned 2 counsel for the parties that the discussion can take place with regard to giving certain lands by the respondent to the petitioner so that the controversy can be put to rest.
