No. 4/10 has been filed in this Special Leave Petition by the legal representatives of Gangadhar Shridhar Bachchuwar, original petitioner No.1, who expired after the decision of the High Court, in Writ Petition No. 5666 of 1991, for their substitution in place of the deceased petitioner. The names of the applicants have been set out in paragraph 3 of the application. The application is allowed. Let the persons named in paragraph 3 of the application be substituted as petitioners in place of the deceased petitioner No.1. Permission to file SLP is granted. Delay condoned. -2- Issue notice. Since learned counsel has appeared on behalf of the respondent No.1 on caveat, service on the said respondent is dispensed with. Let the other respondents be served in the usual course. In the meantime, the directions given by the High Court with regard to the proceedings under Section 32(G) of the Bombay Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, 1948, shall remain stayed.
