UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER IA No. 146291/2021 in SLP(C) No. 1906/2020

The present application has been moved by the legal heirs of 1. the deceased <pre>petitioner No.1</pre> praying inter alia for being substituted in his place upon his demise on 04.02.2020.

$2.$ Learned counsel for the applicant states that the death Signa method the deceased petitioner No.1 has been filed alona $\frac{12-53}{28}$ the deceased petitioner No.1, who seek substitution.

  1. Issue notice. 4. Learned counsel for the respondents accept notice and Ms. Aishwarya Bhati, learned ASG states that she has no objection to the application being allowed.

5. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. The amended cause title shall be filed within four weeks from today with the copy to the other side.
