It is submitted that as directed above, counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 1 & 3 has not filed counter-affidavit so far. No one has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 2 though served. Mr. Rajeev Singh, Advocate has on 16.02.2016 filed Vakalatnama on behalf of Respondent No. 4 but has not filed counter-affidavit so far. Counsel for the petitioner has not taken fresh steps for service of Respondent Nos. 5 to 11 so far.

Service is not complete on Respondent No. 5 to 11 so far.

The matter above-mentioned is listed before the Court of Ld. Registrar with this Office Report.
