The present Application for the relief sought to appoint the appellant on the post of Sub-Inspector is thoroughly mis-conceived in the present proceedings.
The present Application stands dismissed/disposed of with liberty in favour of the appellant to initiate appropriate proceedings afresh if the appellant is of the opinion that he is entitled to be promoted to the post of Sub-Inspector.
