UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
- 1 Mr Devadatt Kamat, senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that subsequent to the order of this Court dated 20 May 2022 issuing notice, a notification has been issued on 26 May 2022 cancelling the schedule for the NEET-SS 2022 examination. The new dates will be notified subsequently.
- 2 The counter affidavit be filed by the respondent within a period of four weeks.
