"Delay condoned. Issue notice returnable within six weeks. Dasti, in addition, is permitted. Learned counsel Mr. M. C. Dhingra accept notice on behalf of respondent. Learned counsel for the respondent to file counter affidavit within four weeks. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, be filed within two weeks thereof."

Accordingly Show Cause Notice was issued to the sole Respondent through Mr. M.C. Dhingra, Advocate as well as by dasti on 23rd July, 2014.

It is submitted that the sole Respondent is represented by Mr. M.C. Dhingra, Advocate.

It is further submitted that Mr. M.C. Dhingra, Advocate for the sole Respondent has not filed the Counter Affidavit, so far. Hence no Rejoinder Affidavit.

Service of Show Cause Notice is complete.
