The respondent No.1 has failed to file the counter affidavit within the period stipulated under the rules. Four weeks time as last chance is given to the respondent No.4 to file the counter affidavit. The respondent No.3 has already filed the counter affidavit. Ld.counsel for the respondent No.2 has already filed the counter affidavit but he has failed to file the vakalatnama.
