For Respondent(s)

UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Mr. B.K. Satija, learned counsel refers to the Office Report dated 30.08.2018 to point out that service of notice was complete on both respondents and the Office Report reflects as follows:

Digitally signed by Rachna Date: 2020.10.06 15:46:03 IST Reason: Signature Not Verified

"....However, service of show cause notice is complete on both the respondents as Respondent No.1 is petitioner in connected matter i.e. SLP(C) No.927 of 2015 and is represented through Ms. A. Sumathi, Advocate. Respondent No.2 is Respondent No.1 in SLP(C) No.927 of 2015 and is represented through Mr. Sanjay Kumar Visen, Standing counsel for the State of Haryana...."

Accordingly the counsel submits that the order for peremtory dismissal of the Appeal came to be passed by this Court on 16.09.2019 only because, the correct status of service was not brought to the notice of the Court.
