UPON hearing the counsel through Video Conference, the Court made the following

O R D E R

C.A. No. 2809/2021

Four weeks time, as last chance is granted to respondent No. 1 to file the counter affidavit.

Service is deemed complete on Respondent Nos. 2 and 4, as both are common respondents in C.A. No. 4667/2021 and duly served therein.

Respondent Nos. 5 and 6 submits that they are appellant in C.A. Nos. 4667 and 4668/2021 wherein they have challenged the same impugned order and therefore, they do not wish to file counter affidavit in this matter.

Respondent No. 3 submits that he has already filed the vakalatnama. He further submits that he is appellant in C.A. No. 4590/2021 wherein he has challenged the same impugned order and therefore, he does wish to file counter affidavit in this matter.

After expiry of four weeks, the matter be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court, as per rules.

Service of notice is complete on respondent Nos. 3 and 4 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.
