**"**Respondent No.1 is ordered to proceed ex parte, as on the last date on his behalf, though the learned Advocate, Ms.Hemantika Wahi had undertaken to file vakalatnama and counter affidavit but till date no steps seems to have been taken by her.

Service report in respect of respondent Nos.2 and 3 is awaited.

Respondent Nos.4 and 5 are already ordered to proceed ex parte.

List again on 22.4.2014."

It is further submitted that there are five respondents in this matter. Service in respect of respondent Nos. 2 & 3 is still awaited. A.D. cards duly signed have been received from respondent Nos. 4 & 5 so far.

It is further submitted that Ms. Hemantika Wahi, Advocate has undertaken to file vakalatnama and counter affidavit on behalf of respondent No. 1 but she has not done the needful so far.

The matter abovementioned is listed before the Learned Registrar Court with this report.
