UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
In all these cases filed by different Cooperative Banks, giving their own peculiar reasons because of which they were holding the money as on 08.11.2016. It is stated that almost in all these cases the Reserve Bank of India has even done KYC.
In view of the aforesaid, we are of the opinion that let the Reserve Bank of India file its response in each case within a period of two weeks.
Learned counsel for the petitioner(s) are praying for interim order with regard to Circular which has been issued by the NABARD.

For this purpose, the attendance of NABARD is necessary. We are informed NABARD has already been served but nobody has put in appearance on its behalf. Let standing counsel for NABARD be also served.
