The Transfer Petition above mentioned has been filed by Mr. Ajay Vikram Singh, Advocate praying for transfer of DB Civil Writ Petition No. 3331 of 2017 titled as "Dudhu Gram Seva Shakari Samiti Ltd. Vs. The Union of India & Ors." pending before the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature for Rajasthan at Jodhpur to this Hon'ble Court.

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the Transfer Petition (Civil) No. 582 of 2017 involving similar issue was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 17th April 2017, when the Hon'ble Court directed to issue notice and tagged with W.P.(C) No. 906 of 2016 and the same is pending. Copy of said Order is enclosed herewith for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

It is further submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that Writ Petition (C) No. 906 of 2016 involving similar issue was listed before the Hon'ble Court 16th December 2016, when the Hon'ble Court directed to issue notice and the same is pending. Copy of the said Order is annexed as Annexure P – 10 at page nos. 47 – 55 of the Transfer Petition Paper Books.
