Heard Mr. Vikramjeet Banerjee, learned A.S.G. appearing for the petitioners.

The matter pertains to the respondent(s) who are working ************************************ ²²ሕଇd granted them relief towards their senioritv placement and related pay benefits viz a viz their colleagues in the same organization.

Having considered the basis for the impugned judgment and also noticing the huge delay of 321 days in filing the Special Leave Petition, we are disinclined to either condone the delay or to entertain the Special Leave Petition. Both are dismissed.

It is needless to say that the above decision would necessarily apply for only those in the Assam Rifles.

Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
