During the course of hearing of I.A. No.36, the Court Master placed before us two sealed envelopes along with letters dated 1.3.2013 and 11.03.2013 received from the Central Vigilance Commissioner which contain the comments of CVC on the 10th Status Report dated 9.2.2013 submitted by the Directorate of Enforcement and Status/Progress Report dated 22.02.2013 submitted by the Central Bureau of Investigation in respect of three cases.
The Court Master is directed to get xerox copies of the letters along with reports received from Central Vigilance Commissioner and hand over the same to the counsel assisting Shri K.K. Venugopal, learned senior counsel for the CBI and ED in a sealed envelope and, thereafter, keep the reports received in sealed envelopes. The needful has been done. Put up on 17.04.2013.
