Venugopal, learned senior counsel appearing for the C.B.I. and the Enforcement Directorate placed before the Court the print dated 7.3.2011 taken out from the website of Tehelka Magazine. He also placed

before the Court a copy of Inquiry Report dated 8.3.2011 prepared by the Additional Director, Directorate of Enforcement in the light of the material published on the website of the magazine and also the Magazine dated 19.3.2011 and submitted that the Court should take serious note of the fact that totally false story has been published in the magazine and on its website. Shri H.P. Raval, learned Additional Solicitor General also made available a sealed envelope (two sets) containing latest report prepared by the Enforcement Directorate. The sealed envelopes were opened. We have cursorily perused the report. Since the Court's time is over, further consideration is adjourned for a day. The Court Masters are directed to reseal the report of the Enforcement Directorate and make the same available tomorrow at the hearing of the case. List on 16.3.2011. To be taken up at 10.30 A.M. The issue relating to establishment of the special Court to deal with all matters relating to what has been described as 2G scam will also be considered tomorrow. The interlocutory applications Nos.5,6,7 and 8 will be considered after latest report of the C.B.I. 3
is perused and the issue raised today is considered.
