The Special Leave Petition abovementioned has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 10.02.2017 passed by the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad in Writ C No. 34196/2015.

It is further submitted that the Special Leave Petition (c) No. 7675/2017 arising out of same judgment was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 03.03.2017 when the Court was pleased to direct issue of notice and the same is still pending before the Hon'ble Court. (Copy of order dated 03.03.2017 enclosed)

It is further submitted that the Special Leave Petition (c) No. 11321 of 2017 @ CC 6796/2017 arising out of same judgment was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 07.04.2017 when the Court was pleased to direct issue of notice and the same is still before the Hon'ble Court. (Copy of order dated 07.04.2017 enclosed).

It is further submitted that Mr. Rajesh Kumar Goyal, Advocate has filed Caveat/Vakalatnama and Memo of Appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 5 and Counsel for the Petitioner has filed service proof thereof.

It is further submitted that Dr. Vinod Kumar Tiwari, Advocate has filed Caveat on behalf of Respondents viz. Sanjay Kumar and 10 others, but they are not party in the instant matter.

The matter abovementioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
