The instant matters were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 03.03.2017,

when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Permission to file SLP granted. Learned counsel for the petitioners says that they have been appointed and are working for the last about 1 year. Issue notice. Mr. Rajesh Goyal, learned counsel accepts notice for all the private respondents and seeks some time to file vakalatnama and reply. Notice be issued to the State of UP through the standing counsel as well as to all the unserved respondents. Status quo, as it exists today, shall be maintained by the parties". It is submitted that there are 22 common Respondents in the matters

abovementioned and common notice was issued to them by bar coding slip on 29.03.2017, Mr. Rajesh Goyal, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/ Appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 5 to 22 in SLP (C ) No. 7674 of 2017 only but counter affidavit not filed. As per postal remarks notice has been delivered to Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far. (Copy of postal remarks enclosed in respect of Respondent Nos. 1 to 4).

Service of notice may be treated as complete in all the matters abovementioned.

SLP (C ) NOS. 11321 AND 12748 OF 2017

The instant matters were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 07.04.2017 and 13.04.2017, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Permission to file SLP granted. Issue notice. Status quo, as it exists today, shall be maintained by the parties. Tag with SLP (c ) No. 7675/2017".

It is submitted that there are also 22 common Respondents as are in the connected matters abovementioned and notice was issued to them by bar coding slip on 02.05.2017 and 04.05.2017 respectively and service report by postal remarks is awaited. However, Mr. Rajesh Goyal, Advocate has filed Caveat on behalf of Respondent No.5 in both the matters above mentioned and has also filed Vakalatnama/ Appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 5 to 22 in SLP (C ) No. 7674 of 2017.

Service of notice may also be treated as complete in the instant matters too as the Respondents are common in all the group of matters abovementioned.

The matters abovementioned are listed before the Ld. Registrar Court with this office report.
