It is submitted that the matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 15.05.2015 with office report dated 14.05.2015 alongwith connected matter, when the Court was pleased to interalia pass the following order :

"................................. List after summer vacation."

It is further submitted that there are 3 respondents and Mr. Shankar Divate, Advocate has filed vakalatnama and memo of appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 2 but no counter affidavit has been filed on his behalf so far.

It is further submitted that Mr. Rahul Narayan, Advocate has on 27.05.2015 filed an application for bringing on record additional documents same is registered as I.A. No. 2 and is included in the SLP paper books.

It is further submitted that neither A.D. Cards nor unserved cover containing notice has been received back from Respondent Nos. 1 & 3 so far.

Service of show cause notice is incomplete in respect of respondent Nos. 1 & 3.

The matters above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 14.05.2015 when the Court was pleased to pass the following order :

"Delay condoned. Issue notice. Tag with SLP(C) No. 11341 of 2015. Till the next date of hearing, no coercive steps will be taken to recover the impugned demand."

Accordingly, show cause notice to all the 3 respondents was issued on 28.05.2015. A.D. Card duly stamped has been received back from respondent No. 1 and Dr. Kailash Chand, Advocate has filed vakalatnama and memo of appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 2 but no counter affidavit has been filed on his behalf so far.

It is further submitted that neither A.D. Cards nor unserved cover containing notice has been received back from respondent No. 3 so far.

Service of show cause notice is incomplete in respect of respondent No. 3.

The matters are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
