The matters above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 05.1.2016 when the Court was pleased to pass the following order :11341

" Learned counsel appearing for the State of Punjab seeks two weeks' time to file vakalatnama and counter affidavit in the matters.

As prayed, list the matters after two weeks.

It is made clear that no further time will be granted in the matters."

It is submitted that respondent nos. 13 are common in both the matters. Counsel for the petitioner has on 15.12.2015 in SLP(C)11341 OF 2015 filed proof of service of SLP on Mr. Kuldip Singh, Standing Counsel for State of Pubjab and A.D. Card duly stamped has been received back from Respondent No. 1 in SLP(C)1554815549 OF 2015, but no one has filed Vakalatnama & memo of Appearance on behalf of respondent no. 1 (i.e. State) in both the matters, hence no Counter Affidavit.

It is further submitted that A.D card duly stamped has been received back from common respondent no.3 but no one has filed Vakalatnama & memo of Appearance on behalf of respondent no. 3.

It is further submitted that respondent no.2 is

common in both mattes and is duly represented through their advocates. Counter Affidavit on behalf of Respondent NO.2 in both the matters has been filed and already included in the paper books. Rejoinder Affidavit to Counter Affidavit filed by Dr. Kailash Chand, Advocate on behalf of respondent no. 2 in SLP(C) NO.1554815549 OF 2015 has already been filed & included in the paper books.

Service of show cause notice is complete.

SLP (C) No. 319798 of 2016

The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 28.1.2016 when the Court was pleased to pass the following order :

" Delay condoned. Issue notice, returnable on 08.03.2016. Tag with SLP (C)....CC No. 6101 of 2015. Dasti, in addition, is permitted. Till the next date of hearing, no coercive steps will be taken to recover the impugned demand."

It is submitted that there is sole respondent.

Accordingly show cause notice was issued to sole respondent on 18.2.2016 by Registered A.D. Post as well as from dasti service. Neither A.D. Cards nor unserved cover containing notice has been received back.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not filed Affidavit of Dasti service.

Service of show cause notice is incomplete .

The matters are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
