UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Respondent No.1 has already filed the counter affidavit.
Service of notice is complete qua respondent Nos. 6, 8, 10, 11, 13, 14, 15, 17 and 19 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.
Four weeks' time, as a last chance is given to Ld. Counsel for respondent Nos. 2 to 4 to file counter affidavit as these respondents have not filed any objection under Order XXI Rule 14(1) of SCR, 2013 and has also not filed any application for extension of time in terms of Order V, Rule 1(22) of SCR, 2013.
Ld. Counsel for the petitioner shall within a period of two weeks, as a last chance file proof of dasti service in respect of respondent Nos. 5, 7, 9, 12, 16 and 18.
At this stage, Ld. Counsel for petitioner submits that dasti proof has been misplaced and she will file appropriate application in this regard. She file the same under rules. Signature Not Verified
