UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

The application filed by the petitioners for dispensing with the service of notice on Respondent Nos. 2 to 30 is rejected. Notice be issued to the unserved respondents returnable within eight

weeks.

Dasti in addition is permitted.

It shall be the petitioners' duty to serve the unserved respondents before the next date of hearing, failing which, the Special Leave Petition shall stand automatically dismissed.

After this Order was dictated, learned counsel for the petitioners made an oral prayer that the names of Respondent Nos. 2 to 30 be deleted from the array of parties. Ordered accordingly. This would be subject to all just exceptions.

The Registry is directed to send copy of this order to Respondent Nos. 2 to 30 at the addresses mentioned in the memo of Special Leave Petition. If any one of them has got any objection, then he/she may send the same by post.
