Exemption from filing certified copy of the impugned judgment is granted.

Permission to file additional documents is granted.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn our attention to Annexure P-10 at page 60 of the additional documents to contend that in a similar situation where the application was filed beyond the period of six months, benefit of compassionate employment was granted. In that case the period of work was less than 10 years while in the present case period for which the deceased employee worked was more than 18 years.
