It is further submitted that Civil Appeal No. 3230 of 2014 between the same partiers challenging the order dated 25/07/2013 in the same case was disposed of by the Hon'ble Court on 03/03/2014. (copy of the order dated 03/03/2014 is included as Annexure P17 at page Nos. 9293 in the paper books)

It is lastly submitted that SLP (C) No. 18601 of 2012 referred to as Annexure P11 at page No. 72 was dismissed by the Hon'ble Court on 11/08/2014. (copy enclosed)

The matter above mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this report.
