UPON hearing the counsel the court made the following O R D E R
IA No.151150/2022 in C.A. No. 2321/2006 & 151153/2022 in C.A. No. 2320/2006
For the reasons stated in the applications, the same are allowed. As prayed, the appellant(s) is/are permitted to take steps for substituted service in respect of unserved respondent Nos.1,4 and 12 in C.A. No.2321/2006 and Respondent Nos.3,6,7,8 and 12 in C.A. No.2320/2006 by way of paper publication in local newspapers being Times of India (English) and Dainik Jagran (Hindi) as mentioned in prayer clause (a), within six weeks.
The applications stand disposed of.

As per the office report, steps have not been taken to effect service on the unserved Respondent No.1. Learned counsel states that she may be granted some time for moving an application for substituted service. Needful shall be done within a period of two weeks.
