Counsel for the petitioner states that the defects have been cured last week albeit with a delay of 105 days.
The delay in curing the defects is condoned subject to deposit of costs of Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) by the petitioners with the Supreme Court Advocates-on-Record Welfare Trust within two weeks.
