It is submitted that there are 8 respondents in this matter. Ms. Manju Sharma Jatley, Advocate has entered appearance and counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent No. 3. AD Card received in respect of respondent No. 4 but no one has entered appearance so far. Neither AD Card nor unseved covers have been recieved back in respect of respondent Nos. 12, 5 and 8.

It is submitted that there are 11 respondents in this matter. Ms. Manju Sharma Jatley, Advocate has filed her vakalatnama/counter affidavit on behalf of respondent Nos. 110. Neither AD Card nor unseved cover has been received back in respect of respondent No. 11

It is submitted that there are sole respondent in all the abovementioned matters. Mr. Vipin Kumar Jai, Advocate has filed vakalatnama on behalf of sole respondent in SLP Nos. 20920 and 20925/2014. Counter Affidavit awaited. Mr. Kaushal Yadav, Advocate has filed vakalatnama and counter affidavit on behalf of the sole respondent in SLP 20924/2014. Neither AD Cards nor unseved covers have been received back on behalf of the sole respondents in SLP Nos. 20921, 20922 and 20923/2014.

It is further submitted that in pursuance of Court's order quoted above, the Service on behalf of unserved respondents in respective SLP Nos. SLP(C) Nos. 1247112490/2014, 1244712460/2014, 1679216806/2014, 1680816820/2014, 1682116840/2014, 16842, 16843, 16845, 16848, 1685216866, 16868,, 16869, 1687016871, 1687416888, 2085520864, 2088520897, 2089820903, 2090920913, 2092620930, 2093220937 & 2219022194/2014 are yet to be listed before the Hon'ble JudgeinChamber.
It is lastly submitted that in pursuance of Court's order quoted above Ms. Shobha, Advocate has complied with the office report dated 13.10.2015 and filed a letter dated 14.10.2015. She has filed vakalatnama in SLP Nos. 1245212455/2014, 12479/2014, 1687616878, 16880/2014, 168832014, 20882, 20901 and 20928/2014. Copy of the letter/list enclosed herewith for your kind perusal.
The matters above mentioned are listed before the Ld. Registrar Court with this office report.
