The matters abovementioned were listed before the Ld. Registrar Court on 15.04.2015 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to inter alia pass the following Order:

"...... that Mr. Ajay Choudhary Ld. Counsel has filed a letter for withdrawal of I. A. Nos. 2126 (I. e. I.A. for Impleadment) and Mr. G.K. Bansal, Ld. Counsel has filed an I.A for impleadment. The same shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further future directions............."

It is submitted that Mr. Ajay Choudhary, Advocate has filed an application for impleadment as party respondent with vakalatnama and memo of appearance with affidavit on behalf of the applicants in SLP(C) No. 12471/2014. The same has been registered as I.A. Nos. 21-26. Copies of the same have already been included in the paper books.

It is further submitted that Mr. Ajay Choudhary, Advocate has on 12.12.2014 filed a letter dated 11.12.2014 stating therein that he has been appointed as Advocate-on-Record for the state of Rajasthan and in view of that he wants to withdraw his vakalatnama in I.A. Nos. 21-26 and also stated that the applicants in the I.A. Nos. 21-26 have already filed SLPs. Consequently, the said IAs have become infructuous and hence to withdraw the IA Nos. 21-26 (copy of letter dated 11.12.2014) is enclosed for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.
