- 1 Delay condoned.
- 2 Since the order of the High Court is an interlocutory order issuing notice and granting ad-interim relief till the next date of listing, we are not inclined to entertain the Special Leave Petition under Article 136 of the Constitution. The petitioners would be at liberty to move the High Court for expeditious hearing which request may be considered by the High Court.
3 The Special Leave Petition is accordingly dismissed.
