The applications filed by the counsel for the respondent to delete the name of the respondent no.5 from the array of parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no objection to this application as the petitioner does not seek any relief against such respondent.

In this view of the matter, the applications seeking deletion of the name of the respondent no.5 are allowed and the said respondent is deleted from the array of parties.

Amended memo of parties be furnished within two weeks.
