The matters above mentioned were listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court on 10th April, 2015, when the following Order was passed:

"C.A.NO.5157/2013

Vakalatnama on behalf of the sole respondent has been filed, however, same is defective due to the name of the firm given in the vakalatnama is not tallying with the name as given in the cause title. Defects be cured within two weeks and counter affidavit be filed within four weeks thereafter.

Service is complete in rest of the matters. However, counter affidavit is awaited. Be filed within four weeks as last opportunity.

List again on 20.7.2015."

It is submitted that Ms. Sharmila Upadhayay, Advocate has filed Vakalanama in CA No. 5157 of 2013 for Jaypee Cement Corporation Ltd. Instead of Jaypee Gujarat Cement Plant on behalf of sole respondent but it is defective as name of the firm given in Vakalatnama does not tally with the name of firm given in the cause title. Pursuant to above Order Ms. Sharmila Upadhayay, Advocate was informed vide letter dated 16th March, 2015 but she has not cured the defect so far.

It is further submitted that all the served respondents have not filed Counter affidavit so far.

Service is complete on sole Respondent in CA No. 5157 of 2013 through High Court but Vakalatnama and appearance filed Ms. Sharmila Upadhayay is defective.

Service is complete in rest of the matters.

The matters abovementioned are listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
