One week's time as last chance is given to the Ld.counsel for the petitioner to serve the copy of the pleadings on the respondent No.1 and the said respondent shall file the counter affidavit within a period of four weeks thereafter.

Four weeks time as last chance is given to the Ld.counsel for the petitioner to comply with the terms of the order dated 23.08.2016 of this Court in respect of the respondent Nos.2-4.
