UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

We have examined the averments made in the additional affidavit filed by the appellant.

Issue notice, returnable in the month of December, 2022.

affidavit filed by the appellant. The appellant would deposit Rs. 15 crores in two installments of Rs. 10 crores and 5 crores. Rs. 10 crores would be deposited on or before 31st December, 2022, and Rs. 5 crores would be deposited on or before 31st March, 2023. The deposits would be made with the State Pollution Control Board, and converted into short term interest bearing Fixed Deposit Receipts on auto renewal mode. The deposit would abide by further orders of this Court, and can be used for redevelopment/ construction of the alternate water body.

The direction no. 7 of the impugned judgment dated 13th August, 2021, will remain stayed till the next date of hearing.
