Four weeks time, as last chance is given to the learned counsel for the appellant to take fresh steps for the service of notice to the unserved respondents.

The Learned counsel for the respondent No. 2 has stated that the petitioners have not provided the copies of the pleadings to him. The learned counsel for petitioners is directed to provide the Signature Not Verified ojies of the pleadings to the learned counsel for respondent No.2 Disc. 1004:1915<br>Reason The respondent No.2 shall<br>Reason The respondent No.2 shall file the Counter Affidavit within a period of four weeks, thereafter.

The office report indicates that the notice sent to the respondent No. 4 in C.A. No. 9217/2014 has been received back with the postal remarks "Left". Therefore, the learned counsel for the appellant is directed to file the fresh particulars of the said respondent within a period of three weeks'. He shall also take appropriate steps for the service of notice to him within the same period.
