It is further submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the Special Leave Petition No. 13099 of 2014 @ Special Leave Petition No...CC 6999 of 2014 entitled "C.I.T.,DELHI vs BHARTI HEXACOM LTD." arising from similar issue which was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 6th May, 2014, when the Hon'ble Court has directed to issue notice. (Copy of order dated 6th May, 2014 is enclosed herewith for reference).

The matter alongwith application above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
