Service of notice is complete on respondent nos. 1 to 6, 8 to 14, 16 to 18, 20 to 24, 29, 31 to 33, but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.

Four weeks time is granted to respondent nos. 19, 27, 28 and 33 to file the counter affidavit.

As per postal tracking report notice issued to the respondent no. 15 could not be served and returned back undelivered with postal remarks "deceased". Hence, learned counsel for the petitioner shall within a period of four weeks file application for substitution to bring on record the Lr. Of deceased respondent.

Four weeks time, is granted to the learned counsel for the petitioner for filing the affidavit in proof of dasti service of notice already issued to respondent nos. 7, 25, 26, 30 and 34.
