Mr. Rakesh Uttamchandra Upadhyay, learned counsel for Respondent No.3-A.I.C.T.E., states that he no longer represents A.I.C.T.E. and an intimation has been sent to his clients. Affidavit in terms of or der dated 14th February, 2005, has also not been filed. The learned counsel, however, has not filed an application seeking to withdraw from the case. Let that be done within two weeks.
