UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER
The petitioner is directed to file a specific affidavit as to
whether any amount has been tendered to the owners/persons interested. It shall also be clarified in the affidavit as to how the tender was made clarifying the date of tender and mode of tender.
Needless to say, the affidavit shall also contain the relevant noting on the files.
The affidavit shall be filed within four weeks. We make it clear that it is without prejudice to the other contentions of the petitioner.
