UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER

SLP(C) No. $17474/2017$

Four weeks time is given to the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to file the counter affidavit.

Signature Not Verified Service of notice is complete on respondent Nos. 4,5 and 6 but $\frac{1}{23} \frac{1}{16} \frac{1}{2}$ one has entered appearance on their behalf.

Await the return of the service of notice already issued to the respondent Nos. 3,9,10 and 11.

The office report indicates that Mr. Rishi Malhotra, Ld. Counsel on behalf of Respondent Nos. 7 and 8 had accepted notice before the Hon'ble Court but till date he has not filed the vakalatnama. However, Ld. Counsel has stated that he has already filed the vakalatnama. If the same is filed, the same may be taken on record. Ld. Counsel shall within a period of two weeks file the counter affidavit.

In SLP(C) Diary No. 15034/2017 - It is submitted by Ld. Counsel, Mr. Sangram S. Saron for the petitioner that the matter is to be listed afresh though at earlier mentioning it was directed to be tagged with the present main petition. He shall take appropriate steps under the law.
